There was Hebe

Anyone who has pets know they can be a hard subject to photograph, as especially cats usually only sit still when they are sleeping. They can be beautifully fixed on something they hear or see, though, which can deliver a fine portrait. I took this photo when I just adopted her and named her after the Greek goddess of youth, as she was all youth, playfulness and foxiness. Unfortunately, she always remained young. RIP sweet Hebe!

Sorry about that. Lovely cat! I recently inherited” a cat with no name. Meowing all the time with a high voice. We called her Miao-Tse-Toung.
